My History & Inspiration
I graduated from the University of Birmingham Culinary Arts Birmingham, returning to Ireland in 2003. I trained as a junior Pastry Chef in Dromoland Castle Co. Clare for four years. I then worked in Castlemartyr Hotel & Resort Cork as Head of Pastry for a further four years. I then moved to Hayfield Manor Cork as Head Pastry Chef for a further three years.
I decided to start my own business hence Little Blue Frog Chocolates was born.
